Vending & Promotional Displays Q & A

Q: What Type of Vendors May Participate?
A: Practically any type of promotional display is acceptable. The types of vendors include food, crafts, retail, non-profit, and general promotional displays.
Q: Is electricity available?
A: Yes. Electricity is available. A connection fee applies, per the vendor form.
Q: Where do we submit an application?
A: Instructions for application submission are on the form.
Q: What time do we set-up?
A: We suggest set-up the day of event between 12 noon and 5 pm. Although there will be activities during the day, historically the attendance rush starts about 6 pm. If you need to make other arrangements, please indicate on the application form. We can contact you to discuss.
Q: Can we chose the specific area where we set-up?
A: We aren't currently reserving specific locations in advance. If you have a request, please indicate on the application form. In the future, we may address this issue in more detail.
Q: What size is the vending area?
A: The spots are 10'x10' plus space for one vehicle. Additional spaces can be reserved for a fee, per the application form.
Q: Why can't we drive our vehicles through the event grounds after 5 pm?
A: Safety. After 5 pm, the number of visitors increases dramatically.
